FAQs

  • Check in is from 4pm on.

    Check out is by 11am.

    If you require an early check in or late check out, please call or text innkeepers to discuss your needs. We can accommodate different schedules based on availability (additional fees may apply). Daytime bag storage can be arranged with innkeeper on duty.

  • We understand issues may arise which prohibit you from keeping your reservation. If you must cancel your booking with us, we offer a full refund up until 3 days (72 hours) before the reservation check in time. If you must cancel with less than 3 days notice, we will retain your reservation payment as a cancellation fee.

  • Parking is first come first serve. The lot is located on-site, behind the Inn with ample free street parking around the B&B.

    Large vehicles and RVs should expect to park on the street as our lot entrance is quite tight.

  • Once you book on our website you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details from your reservation.

    The day of your booking, you will receive a welcome text message & email from our innkeeper with arrival & check in information.

    You can call or text us at any time, we’re here to take care of you and make your stay lovely.

  • We have a self-check in, with innkeeper always available by phone to assist.

    Guests will receive a day-of email & text with check in instructions including the front door code. Guests are welcome to check in at any time after 4PM and can always get ahold of innkeepers to help with the process. (801) 903-3916

  • Guests will sign up for breakfast on a sign up sheet in the entrance of the house. Breakfast is served from 7:30am - 9:30am each day. We can only accommodate one room per time slot, so if you want to ensure an earlier breakfast time, let the innkeeper know in advance. If you wish to included a non-hotel guest at breakfast, you must notify innkeeper ahead of time (additional breakfasts are $22 each).

    Our Pioneer Breakfast is included in every stay. Each breakfast includes an entree, bacon or sausage, two eggs, and cup of fruit.

    Tea, juice and coffee are available from 7am-11am. We can serve breakfast to dining room or outside seating. Room service is unavailable.

  • We love children, but unfortunately because we are a small (and romantic destination for many), we cannot accommodate children under 12.

    Any violation of this will be subject to a fee.

  • All our amenities are listed here below the rooms.

  • We love celebrating anniversaries, honeymoons, or just being in love! We have a lovely wine selection of sparkling, red, white, and non-alcoholic bottles. We offer local Ritual chocolates and floral bouquets.

    Packages include: Romantic Package, Love Birds Package, Picnic Dinner for Two, and a la carte wine, roses, and chocolate.

  • B&B Guests are very welcome to visit Cafe and Market (in the Carriage House behind the Victorian Mansion) on Friday-Sunday 9am-2pm.

    The Cafe can be a great spot to have lunch with locals or shop local goods.

  • We do not. However, we offer a Picnic Basket for Two (subject seasonal and weekend availability).

  • We do not offer wedding or special event rentals. We can host an Afternoon Tea Party for a group up to 12.

  • We do! We offer digital Gift Cards for Bed & Breakfast Stays that can be purchased right here on our website.

    For our Cafe, you can purchase a paper Gift Card during regular Cafe hours.

  • Breakfast for B&B guests is included in the room rate. Any non-B&B guests who would like to join for breakfast will be charged for their Pioneer Breakfast. Please note that additional guests must be pre-arranged with innkeeper.

    Breakfast is served only in the dining room & front patio.

    Commercial photoshoots & videography are welcome but require advance reservation. Please click here to reserve during available times.

    Each room has a max occupancy of 2. Fees will apply if violated.

    No pets allowed. Fees apply if violated.

    We are a non-smoking property. If you would like to smoke, please go to the sidewalk to do so. If we have to remove the smell of smoke from your room you will be charged a $350 cleaning fee.

    Our property has security cameras outside in the parking lot, at all entrances, and one camera inside the main entrance.

    Room capacity for all suites is 2 persons. If your party is 3 adults, we ask that you book a second room. If additional guests stay in your room, you will be charged a $250/person fee for the additional guest(s).

    We kindly ask that you not eat or drink on beds. If additional laundering is required to remove food stains, a $25 laundering fee will be applied. If a replacement is necessary, guests will be charged 50% of the cost to replace the item.

  • No! We offer afternoon tea parties for up to 12.
